The relaunch of the new Nokia 3310 was presented by HMD Global at the MWC2017 (Mobile World Congress). It has a quite similar design with the old Nokia 3310 but it comes with modern features.
New Nokia 3310 Features
The new Nokia 3310 has a 2.4-inch color display which makes it more vibrant than its previous monochrome display. Moreover, it has Nokia Series 30+ operating system, 2.0 Megapixel camera with LED flash and 2G connectivity. There’s also 16MB of internal storage and a microSD card slot.
What also makes New Nokia 3310 another legend of feature phone is its long lasting battery. It has a 1200mAh battery powers which can last up to one month of standby time or 39 hours of listening to FM Radio. The durable casing of new Nokia 3310 features a glossy and bright-colored plastic casing.
HMD Global also highlighted the built-in Snake game, the nostalgic game from Nokia.
New Nokia 3310 Connectivity Features
We might expect that the connectivity features of the New Nokia 3310 has a big difference or a great improvement from the old Nokia 3310, the answer is yes but not all. Remember that the Nokia 3310 is still a feature phone. Therefore, there’s no Wi-Fi and apps. But it comes with Opera Mini browser which is enough for checking Facebook as long as you have the patience because it has only 2G or EDGE connectivity. MP3 playback is supported too.
Nokia 3310 Price and Availability
The official price of the Nokia 3310 in the Philippines is around ₱2,650.00. However, there's still no released price for the dual sim version.
